FASTag cost includes a one-time tag issuance fee, a refundable security deposit, and an initial recharge balance. Contact us for current pricing.

You can recharge via UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), net banking, NEFT/RTGS, or through your bank's mobile app. We also offer recharge assistance.

Yes, as per Government of India regulations, FASTag is mandatory for all four-wheelers. Vehicles without FASTag are charged double toll at booths.

Ensure the tag is correctly placed on the inner side of the windshield, has sufficient balance, and is not blocked/hotlisted. Contact us immediately for resolution.

Yes, some banks offer WhatsApp balance inquiry services. Alternatively, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll help you check your FASTag balance instantly.

Submit a deactivation request to your FASTag issuing bank or contact us to guide you through the process. Your security deposit will be refunded after closure.
